At our End-of-Year Celebration, we welcomed our community into our new building. Together, we brought the space to life with music, connection, and collective power as we celebrated a year of shared accomplishments.

State Representatives Paul Donato and Steven Ultrino, Mayor Gary Christenson, and Malden City Councilors Chris Simonelli, Paul Condon, Karen Colón Hayes, Stephen Winslow, and Michelle Luong joined us for the evening. The Mayor even jumped in, showing off his rhythm during a taiko activity and adding to the joy in the room.

The Hua Xia Multi-Arts Group moved and inspired guests with beautiful vocal and dance performances, while taiko player and cultural organizer Karen Young energized the celebration with powerful drumming that resonated throughout the space, inviting the audience to stand in their power.

Guests gathered over delicious food from Cathay Pacific and bubble tea from Cuddle Cup Tea and Cafe, sharing a warm meal and reflecting on the many milestones we reached together this past year. We look forward to sharing space in our new home in the future!
